Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GroNix (a brand owned and operated by Abhay Chandrashekhar Patel), we strive to ensure our community has the best experience with our digital tools and social ecosystem. Because our services are digital in nature and are typically accessible immediately upon purchase, we have established the following policy.
1. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions: You may cancel your GroNix premium subscription at any time through your account settings.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied to your account after the current cycle ends.

Service Termination: GroNix reserves the right to cancel any service or subscription in the event of a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Refund Policy

Digital Goods/Services: Since GroNix provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (subscriptions, toolkits, and AI services), we generally do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent or access is granted.

Evaluation: We encourage all users to explore our free features and review all service descriptions before upgrading to a premium plan.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following strictly defined circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.

Technical Failure: If a technical defect on our end prevents you from accessing the service for more than 72 hours, and we are unable to resolve it.

3. Refund Process (If Approved)

Request Timeline: Any request for a refund must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.

Submission: To request a refund, please email support@gronix.in with your transaction ID, registered email, and the reason for the request.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Cashfree) within 5–7 working days as per standard banking procedures.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting our support team to resolve a dispute, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your GroNix account and any associated data.
